Job Summary

To support patient-centered care, the full-time remote Contact Center Associate 2 will deliver high-quality service, assist in scheduling and registering patients, and provide training and guidance to peers while utilizing the EPIC scheduling system.

Key responsibilities
  • Delivers exceptional patient service and maintains quality and productivity standards
  • Schedules and registers patients for appointments while ensuring accurate documentation and insurance verification
  • Acts as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to new associates in scheduling and registration processes
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • General knowledge of office procedures and operations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and training others
