Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 3 (H) to serve as a team lead and assist staff in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as team lead and first point of escalation for agents and customers
- Monitor agent calls for quality assurance and ensure adherence to schedules
- Train new agents and provide support across all services within the assigned team
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- General knowledge of office procedures and operations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
