Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 3 (H) to serve as a team lead and assist staff in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as team lead and first point of escalation for agents and customers
  • Monitor agent calls for quality assurance and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Train new agents and provide support across all services within the assigned team
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • General knowledge of office procedures and operations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered
