Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate who will provide exceptional service to members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating quality behaviors in all interactions
  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining performance targets and service quality
  • Resolve member inquiries creatively and follow through on service commitments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience required
  • Minimum one year of Contact Center experience preferred
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
