Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Contact Center Associate will manage inbound requests from various audiences through phone, email, and digital channels while ensuring timely and accurate assistance with services and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering professional assistance and troubleshooting issues
- Document interactions and resolutions in Salesforce CRM while meeting departmental KPIs for service levels and customer satisfaction
- Identify process improvements and participate in user acceptance testing for application enhancements
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 - 4 years of related work experience, particularly in a call center or help desk environment
- Prior experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce
- Ability to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suites, and web applications
