Job Summary

To support client needs, the full-time Contact Center Associate will serve as the frontline point of contact in a remote environment, ensuring client satisfaction through accurate transaction processing, relationship building, and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Anticipate client needs and educate them on banking benefits while ensuring satisfaction
  • Perform various transactions, maintenance, and research requests accurately
  • Meet or exceed service expectations and productivity standards for contact center metrics
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in client or financial services, banking, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
