Job Summary

Supporting a culture of empathy and service excellence, the full-time remote Contact Center Associate 2 will deliver high-quality patient service, assist in training new agents, and manage patient scheduling and registration within the UHealth System.

Key responsibilities
  • Delivers a high level of patient service and maintains quality and productivity standards
  • Schedules and registers patients for appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policies
  • Acts as a subject matter expert and provides training to new associates on scheduling and registration processes
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • General knowledge of office procedures and operations
  • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
  • Experience in processing and handling confidential information with discretion
