Job Summary

Supporting a culture of empathy and service excellence, the full-time remote Contact Center Associate 2 will deliver high-quality patient service, manage patient scheduling and registration, and serve as a subject matter expert while assisting in training new hires.

Key responsibilities
  • Delivers high-level patient service with consistent quality and productivity
  • Schedules and registers patients for appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and verification of information
  • Acts as a subject matter expert to assist peers and trains new agents in scheduling and registration processes
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • General knowledge of office procedures and operations
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in medical triage and understanding of insurance requirements is preferred
