Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer support in a full-time remote role, the Contact Center Associate will manage inbound inquiries from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional assistance while documenting interactions and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Document interactions and resolutions thoroughly in Salesforce CRM while meeting departmental KPIs
- Identify gaps in knowledge articles and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Support Center
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 - 4 years of related work experience, particularly in a call center or help desk environment
- Prior experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suites, and web applications
