Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 3 (H) to serve as a team lead and assist in various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as team lead and subject matter expert, assisting management and supervising staff
  • Handle escalated complaints and ensure team compliance with schedules and quality standards
  • Train new agents and maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare providers


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
