Contact Center Authorizations Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate - Authorizations Agent - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize repair/replacement of covered systems or appliances
• Negotiate pricing with contractors and inform customers of non-covered claims
• Provide necessary follow-up for claims and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education and experience accepted
• 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training required
• Knowledge of contract reading and business unit policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must have internet access with minimum 4.6Mbps upload/download speeds
