Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate - Authorizer - 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Authorize repair/replacement of covered systems or appliances
- Negotiate pricing with contractors and inform customers of non-covered claims when applicable
- Provide necessary follow-up on claims
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training required
- Knowledge of how to read a contract and business unit policies and procedures
- Must have internet access with minimum 4.6Mbps upload/download speeds
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required
