Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate - Authorizer - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize repair/replacement of covered systems or appliances
  • Negotiate pricing with contractors and inform customers of non-covered claims when applicable
  • Provide necessary follow-up on claims
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training required
  • Knowledge of how to read a contract and business unit policies and procedures
  • Must have internet access with minimum 4.6Mbps upload/download speeds
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required
