Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Business Development Representative to expand its presence in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and targeted ABM campaigns
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted account-based campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with contact center solutions or customer experience technologies
• Proven ability in strategic prospecting and targeting high-value enterprise accounts
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams to refine sales strategies
• Resilience in high-volume outbound prospecting and adaptability to rejection
• Track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas and contributing to pipeline growth
