Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the migration of Contact Center applications from Cisco to NiCE platform
- Utilize knowledge of Contact Center applications to support project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of the new platform
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Contact Center applications such as Cisco, NiCE, or Genesys
- Knowledge of migration processes between Contact Center platforms
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Understanding of Contact Center operations and functionalities
