Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts through targeted outreach strategies
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account-based campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions or customer experience technologies
• Proven sales acumen and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives through consultative selling
• Track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas
