Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts using targeted account lists and ABM campaigns
• Execute over 70 outbound activities daily, including calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement targeted account-based campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with contact center solutions or customer experience technologies
• Strong customer service skills and sales acumen
• Experience in high-volume outbound prospecting
• Ability to engage C-level and VP executives with personalized messaging
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas
