Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, ensuring accurate information is provided
  • Research and resolve customer issues, acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training or 18 months of related experience
  • Successful completion of specialized skill training
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience interacting positively with customers, including those who may be unsatisfied
