Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, ensuring accurate information is provided
- Research and resolve customer issues, acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
- Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training or 18 months of related experience
- Successful completion of specialized skill training
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience interacting positively with customers, including those who may be unsatisfied
