Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of a Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and professional development to Contact Center employees
- Streamline processes and meet/exceed performance expectations and goals

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' experience in a management role and 7+ years' experience in customer service or contact center operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs
