Job Summary
Seeking a results-oriented Contact Center Engagement Manager, the full-time remote position will lead and innovate employee engagement programs across contact center operations, focusing on career development, recognition, and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and enhance employee engagement programs using feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Act as the primary communications lead, developing strategies that connect frontline staff with organizational priorities
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and events to strengthen culture and increase engagement across a distributed workforce
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience developing employee engagement programs in a contact center environment is crucial
