Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center IS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure system availability for Contact Center Services
  • Provide specialized troubleshooting for all Contact Center technology
  • Lead major incident management support calls and drive technical conference bridge calls

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in Unified Communications Engineer/Architect role
  • Experience with Cisco Call Center products and handsets
  • Proficiency in contact center scripting, routing, and integration with CRM systems
  • Understanding of networking principles and VoIP protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Visio
