Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain contact center infrastructure, including ACD, IVR, and call recording systems
  • Lead integration of contact center platform with HubSpot CRM, including API development and data synchronization
  • Administer and optimize the Microsoft Phone System, ensuring effective call routing and integration with Microsoft Teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 10+ years of experience in contact center engineering and administration, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven experience integrating contact center platforms with HubSpot CRM
  • Significant experience managing Microsoft Phone System, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including ACD, IVR, and VoIP
