Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing contact center technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain contact center infrastructure, including ACD, IVR, and call recording systems
- Lead integration of contact center platform with HubSpot CRM, including API development and data synchronization
- Administer and optimize the Microsoft Phone System, ensuring effective call routing and integration with Microsoft Teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 10+ years of experience in contact center engineering and administration, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience integrating contact center platforms with HubSpot CRM
- Significant experience managing Microsoft Phone System, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including ACD, IVR, and VoIP
