Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Learning Specialist to facilitate training at their National Sales Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates training and coaching for new hires and ongoing training for existing agents
  • Monitors training effectiveness using performance results
  • Collects feedback for content and presentation improvements and contributes to training program design
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles
  • 1+ year of experience in a training or facilitation role preferred
  • Minimum 3 months' experience delivering training in a classroom environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
