Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Learning Specialist to facilitate training at their National Sales Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates training and coaching for new hires and ongoing training for existing agents
- Monitors training effectiveness using performance results
- Collects feedback for content and presentation improvements and contributes to training program design
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- 1+ year of experience in a training or facilitation role preferred
- Minimum 3 months' experience delivering training in a classroom environment
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
