Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Manager (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leadership and loan servicing contact center teams for student loan repayment options while ensuring compliance
- Lead, train, and develop teams to maximize performance and meet production and compliance goals
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enhance customer experience and monitor contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of experience in a Federal Student Loan Servicing leadership role managing teams
- 3 years of experience managing a minimum of 4 supervisors and 100 FTE
- US Citizenship required; ability to obtain Federal Public Trust security clearance
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years; financial responsibility required
