Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead a team of CX Sellers and drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives
  • Hire, enable, and manage a team of CX Sellers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, engage with C-Level executives, and drive customer acquisition and retention
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in software or solution sales, with expertise in Contact Center or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of building and developing sales talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
