Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations Representative who serves members through effective communication and advocacy over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high service level standards and meet service metrics
  • Make quality decisions to meet member needs while managing risk
  • Proactively identify and address member friction points and improvement ideas
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred
  • Ability to operate a computer and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
