Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Services Operations Specialist who will support day-to-day operations in a virtual contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staffing ticket management and create/distribute reports as needed
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for contact center standard operating policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for support staff regarding workflows and projects
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in a virtual contact center environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Time management and customer service skills
