Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Services Operations Specialist who will support day-to-day operations in a virtual contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with staffing ticket management and create/distribute reports as needed
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for contact center standard operating policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for support staff regarding workflows and projects
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Time management and customer service skills
