Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the subject matter expert on Zoom Contact Center, drive key strategies, and craft messaging to target CX personas
  • Build and lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and capabilities of the contact center solution
  • Create key messaging documents, videos, presentations, datasheets, and other assets
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred / MBA (preferred)
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in a Contact Center, Customer Experience, or SaaS company
  • Expert knowledge of contact center products and workforce engagement management
  • Strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in building cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
