Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Contact Center in the Engineering field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of contact center implementation projects, from requirements gathering to roll-out, while maintaining budget and objectives
- Coordinate project activities with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams
- Create and maintain project schedules, risk mitigation plans, budgets, and status reports
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in technical VAR implementation projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Proficient in MS Project
- PMP or Agile Certification preferred
