Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Contact Center in the Engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of contact center implementation projects, from requirements gathering to roll-out, while maintaining budget and objectives
  • Coordinate project activities with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams
  • Create and maintain project schedules, risk mitigation plans, budgets, and status reports
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in technical VAR implementation projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • PMP or Agile Certification preferred
