Job Summary

Providing actionable insights and reporting support for contact center operations, the full-time remote Contact Center Reporting Analyst will utilize NICE CXone tools to develop dashboards and reports, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develops and administers reports and dashboards using NICE CXone to meet business requirements
  • Collaborates with contact center leadership to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Extracts, validates, and analyzes data to support operational improvement and call quality review
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a contact center environment
  • 1 year of reporting experience with NICE CXone or a similar contact center cloud solution
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques
