- Schedule patient appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics
- Build relationships with patients and ensure compliance with patient records and data verification
- Meet performance metrics while providing quality consumer experiences and handling patient concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- 1+ years' experience in Health Care preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
