Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics
  • Build relationships with patients and ensure compliance with patient records and data verification
  • Meet performance metrics while providing quality consumer experiences and handling patient concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • 1+ years' experience in Health Care preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
