Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to work remotely in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries related to dog registration and provide information on registration policies and requirements
• Evaluate, research, and resolve customer registration issues independently while processing registration items as needed
• Provide information about the organization and assist customers with online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Must have a direct wired internet connection with specified download and upload speeds
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must possess a pleasant telephone voice and professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and other organizational functions is essential
