Job Summary

Working fully remotely in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies
  • Respond to emails and maintain professional communication via team chat channels
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
