Job Summary
Working fully remotely in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies
- Respond to emails and maintain professional communication via team chat channels
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual preferred but not required
