Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will manage patient scheduling through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational support within a call center environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with patients and co-workers via telephone and Microsoft Teams
- Schedule appointments for various clinic services and maintain accurate patient records
- Meet performance metrics while handling patient inquiries and concerns professionally
Required qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare or call center environments preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately
