To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will manage patient scheduling through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational support within a call center environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with patients and co-workers via telephone and Microsoft Teams
  • Schedule appointments for various clinic services and maintain accurate patient records
  • Meet performance metrics while handling patient inquiries and concerns professionally
Required qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare or call center environments preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately
