Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance with dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
  • Utilize multiple software applications to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team in a professional manner
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
  • Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
  • Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related functions is preferred
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
