Required Qualifications:
- College Degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience without a degree
- Experience in the Financial Service industry is a bonus
- Proficiency with basic computer functions
- Strong learning agility in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Availability to work any shift within operating hours
