A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and educate customers on retirement plans
  • Respond to customer inquiries on Retirement Products and Plans
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through retirement financial advice

Required Qualifications:
  • College Degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience without a degree
  • Experience in the Financial Service industry is a bonus
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions
  • Strong learning agility in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Availability to work any shift within operating hours
