Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or contact center roles
- Ability to assist customers on the phone for extended periods, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in using current technology and software applications relevant to the position
- Bilingual (Spanish) representatives must be able to handle customer inquiries in both English and Spanish
