Job Summary

A company is looking for an LTD Contact Center Representative to enhance member experiences through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized service and respond to product inquiries
  • Conduct research and follow up on member issues to achieve resolution
  • Provide administrative support and participate in team huddles
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center
  • Familiarity with using computer and telecommunications technologies
  • Experience with performance metrics and quality assurance processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology for problem-solving (preferred)
