Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage inbound/outbound calls for multiple clinics
  • Maintain compliance with patient records and verify patient data and insurance information
  • Provide operational support and ensure a quality consumer experience by meeting performance metrics


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • 1+ years' experience in healthcare preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
