Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or contact center environments
- Ability to assist customers in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Must possess PC skills and be able to learn relevant technology and software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
