Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and handle inbound/outbound calls for multiple clinics
- Maintain compliance with patient records and verify patient data and insurance information
- Meet qualitative and quantitative performance metrics while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- 1+ years' experience in the Health Care field preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
