Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to work remotely from North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions regarding dog registration and AKC policies
• Evaluate, research, and solve registration problems independently, processing items as needed
• Provide information about the AKC and assist customers with online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Direct wired internet connection with specified speed requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a pleasant telephone voice and professional demeanor
• Able to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
