A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to work remotely in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries regarding dog registration policies and requirements
• Evaluate, research, and resolve registration issues independently while processing registration items
• Provide information about the organization and refer customers to resources for purchasing purebred dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Must have a direct wired internet connection with specified speed requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must possess a pleasant telephone manner and professional attitude
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system is essential
