Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to work remotely from North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries related to dog registration and provide information about registration policies
• Evaluate, research, and resolve registration problems independently while processing registration items as needed
• Provide information about the organization and assist customers with online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Must have a hard-wired internet connection with specified download and upload speeds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess a pleasant telephone voice and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and other functions is essential
