Job Summary

Contact Center Representative, a full-time position responsible for scheduling patient appointments and providing operational support in a call center environment while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients for various medical appointments and services
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients and routing them to appropriate teams
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding patient information and care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
