Job Summary
Contact Center Representative, a full-time position responsible for scheduling patient appointments and providing operational support in a call center environment while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patients for various medical appointments and services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients and routing them to appropriate teams
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding patient information and care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
