Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based applications and interpret data
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
