Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management while meeting agent goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
