Job Summary
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Respond to emails and maintain communication with the team in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple computer screens and web-based applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related functions
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
