Job Summary
Working fully remote in Nevada, the Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support related to dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based programs and applications
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone demeanor
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
