Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
