Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and multiple software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through various channels and document interactions accurately
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC policies and programs
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and management while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Experience using multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems and policies
  • Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
