Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding dog and litter registrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing multiple software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies, while promoting AKC resources
- Utilize various software programs to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with multi-tasking across multiple web-based applications and browser tabs
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems and functions
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
